HZZ education - Head of development and implementation of EU projects

In cooperation with the Croatian Employment Srrvice and the Algebra College, Ips Konzalting participates in the training program Head of development and implementation of EU projects, financed by EU funds in the area of Sisak - Moslavina County. The program is aimed at the unemployed, and the participants learn how to prepare, write and implement a project that can be funded by EU funds. The teaching uses current published Structural Funds tender forms. The emphasis of the education program is on practical exercises, case studies and presentations of real situations from practical work on the development and implementation of EU projects.

The education funded and referenced by the Institute is education by which persons acquire the knowledge and competences sufficient to work on projects funded by EU funds at any stage of their implementation, from planning, preparation and writing, and ultimately to implementation, reporting, etc. the educational program lasts for 2 - 3 months, and the participants are obliged to attend the lectures. 

Through the course, real projects are used, using the latest official documents (application forms, budget forms, logical matrix, instructions for applicants, ...). The program participants prepare their project application themselves or in the team using the official tender documents of the current tenders, and at the end of the program, the participants receive comments and an expert consultant's rating.

Director of the consulting company IPS Konzalting - Ana - Marija Špicnagel Ćurko, agronomist and consultant with world experience in this program introduces the participants to EU funds, preparation of tender documentation, drafting a business plan, writing projects, and other related activities to give your idea what better realized and successfully applied for the project.
